SWISS BOTTOM ROUND 
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Swiss steak
Oil
Water
Heinz Mushroom Gravy
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions

Place flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in plastic bag. Pound meat. Add meat to bag. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Brown both sides. Add water 3/4 way up on meat. Add gravy and vegetables. Cover. Bake 325 degrees, 3 hours.
