MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
Frosting:

1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple, include juice
1 (3 oz) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip

Make frosting first.

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Batter:

1 box yellow cake mix (not pudding mix)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, include juice

Mix all ingredients at medium speed 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into 3 cake pans (8 inch) and bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Let cool. Frost layers and sides and refrigerate before serving.
