TARTAR SAUCE 
2 c. heavy mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1/8 c. chopped green olives
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 grated cucumber

Mix all ingredients with wire whip. Keeps refrigerated for 3 weeks.
