TARTAR SAUCE 
2 tbsp. dehydrated chopped onions
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. pickle relish, drained
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Put onions in hot water and set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. When onions are soft, drain excess water and mix with mayonnaise mixture. Cover and chill 2 hours until flavors blend.
