GROUND TURKEY AND VEGETABLES 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. slice leeks or onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. each chopped green pepper, sliced celery and diced carrots
2 c. each zucchini and crushed canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each marjoram, rosemary leaves, crushed
2 c. cooked brown rice
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

In a large skillet cook turkey, leeks, garlic, peppers, celery and carrots until turkey is browned. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add rice and spoon in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 more minutes.
