CRANBERRY MEATBALLS
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix the first seven ingredients well. Form into balls and place in a 15 x 10 inch pan. Cook the last four ingredients over low heat until smooth.

Pour cranberry mixture over top of meatballs and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. If you can, serve these in the dish in which they are baked, and do not stir. Serves 6. Can also be used as an appetizer - just make meatballs small.
