RICOTTA COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, combine next 3 ingredients. Mix together. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Approximately 14 dozen.
