1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 thisk center cut pork chops

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Place pork chops in 2 quart glass baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
