ZUCCHINI DROP COOKIES 
1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1 egg, beaten

Mix together. Sift in and stir to blend: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. salt

Stir in: 1 c. raisins

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
