TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 pkgs. wide noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 (12 1/2 oz.) cans chunk white tuna
1/2 c. water
1/2 med. onion, minced
1 (10 oz.) box peas and carrots

Cook noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and stir in noodles. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
