1/2 pt. sour cream
1 bunch green onions
Juice from 1 lime
12 lg. flour tortillas
3 minced jalepenos, fresh
1 clove minced garlic
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Mix together all - spread thin layer of cream cheese. Roll up in tortillas and cut into bite size pieces.
