AFRICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped tomato or can use canned tomatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 minced jalapeno pepper
dash of red pepper flakes
3/4 c. peanut butter

Boil chicken; let cool and debone, then return to pot. Add rest of ingredients except peanut butter. Half hour before serving, simmer for another 15 minutes; serve with rice or noodles.
