ITALIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms (fresh)
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Bottled Italian dressing

Wipe mushroom caps clean and remove stem. Dice stems. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well. Moisten with salad dressing. The crumbs need to be wet. Put mixture into mushroom caps. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Can be done in a microwave sealed with clear plastic wrap.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
