BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 stick butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, melt butterscotch morsels; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in egg and Eagle Brand milk. Pour into pan. Top with remaining crumb mix. Bake: 350 degrees. Time: 25 to 30 minutes.
