GUACAMOLE SPREAD 
2 avocados (ripe)
2 tbsp. onions (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tomato (diced)
2 tbsp. pepper (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper

Prepare tomato, onion and pepper. Coarsely sieve avocados and combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. (Makes about 2 cups.)
