HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
3-1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1-1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of chicken soup 1-1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp or mild) 2 c. chopped celery 1 can chow mein noodles 4 tbsp. minced onion 1 pkg. sliced almonds 1/2 tsp. salt Mix mayonnaise and cream of chicken soup together. Mix in all other ingredients except chow mein noodles. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with noodles; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take cover off for last 10 minutes to brown noodles. Serves 8. |
