HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
3 sq. bitter or semi sweet chocolate
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate over low heat, add sugar and milk alternately (3 times) stirring constantly. Remove from heat when desired consistency has been attained, then add butter and vanilla.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To reduce the calories slightly use evaporated skim milk and try it without the butter. For a more sinfully calorie-less sauce use 13 packets Sweet One instead of sugar.
