EGG BUFFET DISH 
18 eggs
1 c. + 1 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter. Beat eggs and milk together and scramble in the butter in a large skillet. Put in lightly buttered 3 quart casserole or a 9 x 12 inch cake pan.

Pour over top: 1 (3 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Sprinkle over top 4 to 5 crisp, crumbled strips of bacon or 4 to 5 teaspoons of Baco's. May be prepared 24 hours ahead of time and kept in refrigerator. (If refrigerated, extend baking time to 75 to 90 minutes.) Serves 10 to 12. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
