NO COOK FONDANT 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix with spoon, then knead by hand.

Makes 1 1/3 pounds. Store in cool place. Shape as desired.

For variation, may add nuts or put nuts on top. May also roll candy in sugar or use chocolate or candied cherry centers.

Note: I used to help preschool little ones make these easy cookies.
