HAWAIIAN SALAD 
2 qts. greens (head lettuce, Romaine, etc.)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 green onions, chopped
1 rib celery, sliced
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 ripe avocado, cubed
1 red pepper, sliced

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix salad items together in large glass bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and beat with wire whisk. Toss with salad just before serving. Delicious and very colorful.
