HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. pecans

Cream sugar and butter, add other ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased pan 13x9 inch, 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, cover top with miniature marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows begin to puff. Remove from oven. Sprinkle pecans on top.

ICING:

Mix together: 1/2 stick butter 3 or 4 tbsp. cocoa 6 or 8 tbsp. cream (or more to spread easily)

Spread evenly on top of cake. Serves 10-15.
