GRANDMA'S CHILLED PEACH PIE | |
1 9" baked pie crust 1 c. mashed peaches 4 1/2-5 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. sliced peaches 3/4 c. water 1 c. sugar Whipped cream Stir water and cornstarch together. Add cinnamon, mashed peaches and sugar. Boil until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. Meanwhile, arrange sliced peaches in crust. Pour glaze over top. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. |
