DOUGH: 1 stick butter, melted 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. flour MIXTURE: 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts) 1 tbsp. melted butter 3/4 c. brown sugar Extra chopped nuts Mix dough, (butter, cream cheese, and flour) together with spoon. Divide dough into 24 small balls and shape like pie dough into small muffin tins (gem size). Put a few chopped nuts in bottom of each crust. Set aside. Beat 1 egg, then add vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, butter, and brown sugar. Fill each dough crust with this mixture, sprinkle a few nuts on top. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees, then reduce heat to 250 degrees for another 10 minutes. |
