SALAD WITH A CRUST 
CRUST:

Spread 2 cans of Pillsbury dinner rolls on a greased 12 x 18 x 1 inch cookie sheet. Bake and cool.

TOPPING:

8 oz. plus 3 oz. cream cheese (may substitute cottage cheese)
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing
1 c. Miracle Whip

Mix together and spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup each: finely chopped broccoli, green peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower and grated carrots. Vegetables may be blanched or left raw (I prefer raw). Refrigerate, will keep for days. NOTE: Use Italian tomatoes - they have less seeds.
