5 c. flour 2 c. warm water 4 tbsp. Crisco 1 tbsp. salt 4 tbsp. sugar 1 beaten egg 1 pkg. rapid rise yeast Dissolve yeast, sugar, salt and Crisco in the warm water; stir to dissolve. Make hole in flour, pour in the liquid, mix, then knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl, let rise to double, make into rolls. Put into greased baking pan, let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
