SALMON QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. almonds
6 tbsp. oil

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

1 can salmon + 1/2 c. liquid
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Pour into baked crust (above) and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
