1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 tbsp. grape jelly
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar and mayonnaise, water, jelly and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients; add to liquid ingredients. Beat 2-3 minutes.

Pour into a 13x9x2 pan that has been oiled. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with any chocolate icing. Serves 12-15.
