FABULOUS FUNNEL CAKES 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Oil
Powdered sugar
Kraft strawberry preserves or grape jelly, heated

Combine dry ingredients; add combined milk and egg, mixing until smooth. Holding finger opening, fill 3/8 to 1/2 inch funnel with 1/4 cup batter. Place funnel near oil; remove finger and pour batter into 1 inch of hot oil using circular motion to form 4 inch spiral. Fry until golden brown, turning once; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm with preserves. 6-8 servings.
