1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water
Stir and let stand 5 or 6 minutes. Put 2 1/2 cups flour into warm bowl and add 2 tablespoons sugar and yeast in water with 2 tablespoons oil. Mix. Knead in bowl of flour until worked enough to handle. Place in large greased bowl. Flip dough over so top is greased. Place was paper over top; set out of draft in warm room for about an hour (until it doubles in bulk). Punch down; knead a few minutes. Make into desired shape rolls. Set out of draft again 1 hour or until double. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
