EGG ROLLS 
1 (16 oz.) can Oriental vegetables
1/2 lb. to 1 lb. chicken, beef or shrimp, chopped
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 c. Chinese or green cabbage

Cook meat until done. Add vegetables and cabbage; put on pot lid, let simmer about 5 minutes. Put 2 to 3 tbsp. mix in wrappers. Wrap deep fry until golden brown.
