SALMON MOUSSE 
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 can red salmon
1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 lbs. catsup
2 tsp. sweet relish
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Dash of hot pepper
Dash of white pepper
15 sliced olives
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Combine Jello and water in small pan. Heat and dissolve. Set aside. Drain salmon, remove bones and skin. Flake. Add salad dressing, vinegar, catsup and pepper. Stir in eggs, olives, gelatin, relish and fold in whipped cream. Pour heavily greased mold.
