OVEN RICE 
1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed. Serves 6.
