BUTTERMILK-HERB DRESSING | |
1 c. non fat buttermilk 1/3 c. low-fat sour cream 3 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. chives 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well with a wire whisk. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed green salad. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving size - 1 tablespoon.
