2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. melted butter
16 oz. can applesauce

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
