6 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Combine first four ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Turn into a 4 cup bowl and chill. If desired, add a cherry on top of each serving. Serves 4.
