APRICOT CRUMB CAKE | |
1 c. Spry 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla CAKE: 2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 sm. jar apricot or jelly CAKE: Beat together until mixed. Batter will be stiff. Spread batter in greased 9 x 11 inch pan. Or 2 greased pie pans. Spread apricot or jam over top. CRUMBS: Press with a fork until blended. Clump together with hands to make crumbs. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. |
