APRICOT JELLO CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. apricot Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 boy yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. lemon extract

Dissolve Jello in water and let cool. Add all of the ingredients together and beat well. Bake in a greased tube pan for 55 to 60 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt the butter and add the orange juice and powdered sugar together. Pour over hot cake.

Variation: Use lemon Jello in the cake recipe and lemon juice in the glaze.
