ORANGE-BANANA POPS 
3 med. bananas, mashed
1 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. lime juice
Sugar substitute to equal 2 tsp. sugar

1. Combine all ingredients, beating well at low speed of an electric mixer. Pour evenly into six 5 ounce paper cups.

2. Partially freeze; insert a wooden stick into center of each cup, and freeze until firm.

3. When ready to serve, let pops stand at room temperature 5 minutes; peel away cups.

Yield: 6 pops. Each serving Amount: 1 pop. Exchanges 1 fruit; chol. 0 mg.; calories 77; carbo. 19 gm.; protein 1 gm.; fat - trace; fiber - trace; sodium 2 mg.
