ORANGE - PINEAPPLE - BANANA
SALAD
 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 bananas, sliced
1 sm. Cool Whip or LaCreme

Pour 1 cup of boiling water and 2 cups of cold water over Jello; let cool until slightly solid. Separate juice from pineapple (1 cup). Combine egg, flour, sugar, butter and pineapple juice. Boil until slightly thick; cool. Fold this combination plus crushed pineapple and 2 sliced bananas into Jello and refrigerate until solid. Top with Whip.
