BANANA ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) orange jelly powder
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. frozen orange juice
1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 mashed bananas
10 oz. mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. whipping cream

Put jelly powder and boiling water in saucepan. Stir to dissolve. Add orange juice and sugar. Heat and stir over low heat to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat.

Mash cream cheese together with drained pineapple. Add to jelly. Add mashed banana and orange segments. Chill until syrupy. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into thickened jelly. Pour into mold or serving bowl. Chill until set.
