HUNGARIAN CASSEROLE 
1 onion (medium size)
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 pinch of salt and pepper
4 oz. can sauerkrautlb. ground meat
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream

Add together rice, meat, eggs, minced onion, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and place into a greased loaf pan. Drain in a small can of sauerkraut; spread on top of meat mixture. Spread layer of sour cream over entire loaf, topping with parsley and paprika. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
