ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. ricotta cheese
16 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 eggs
6 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar. Add all other ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased spring form pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake set in oven for 1 hour more. DO NOT OPEN OVEN. Makes a 9" or 10" cake.
