CRANBERRY RELISH - BOOZED 
3 c. cranberries
2 red skinned apples
1 orange, peeled, seeded and quartered
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Grand Marnier

Wash the cranberries and grind coarsely, add a pinch of salt. Add apples, cored, peel left on. Add the orange and orange peel, be sure to remove the bitter, white pith. Grind together. Combine with the sugar and Grand Marnier. Blend well. Makes about 2 pints.
