CHILI SAUCE 
1 1/2 gal. sliced ripe tomatoes (peeled)
6 sweet peppers
7 hot peppers
6 med. onions
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. sugar
Dash of cayenne
1 qt. vinegar
Salt to taste

Put all in a pan and bring to a boil. Cook 3 1/2 hours or until it thickens. Pour into jars.
