BLONDIE PIE 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/3 c. pecan chips

Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.

Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans. Spread mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and slice.
