SHRIMP GOURMET 
1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
