“CINNAMON FLIP” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CORNMEAL PANCAKES

CINNAMON FLIP 
1 cup sugar
1 rounded mixing spoon shortening (3-4 tbsp.)
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour

Cream sugar and shortening. Add milk, egg, flour and baking powder. Grease a 9 x 12 inch baking pan, smooth. Sift a sprinkle of flour lightly on top.

Dot generously with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon or cinnamon sugar.

Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.

Serve cold or hot.

Makes 15 large servings.
