TAPIOCA PUDDING 
Four tablespoonsful of tapioca, soak in 1 pint sweet milk overnight, add 1 pint milk, yolks of 3 eggs well beaten, 4 tablespoons of sugar, boil into medium thick custard, add the white of eggs beaten to stiff froth; with 1 teaspoonful of vanilla. Serve cold.
