QUICK BURGERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
8 hamburger buns

1. Cook meat, onion, salt and pepper in frying pan until meat loses it's red color. Stir with fork to separate meat.

2. Blend in flour, add water, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
