FRENCH BREAD SURPRISE 
1 lg. round French bread
5 oz. chip beef
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. chopped green chilies
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar
1 tsp. dill weed

Process all ingredients except bread, in food processor or blender until mixed. Cut circular hole in center of bread, reserving top. Hollow out center of bread loaf, reserving pieces. Pour creamed mixture into bread. Replace top and wrap in heavy foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serve with cubes of bread to be dipped into cheese mixture. May also use sliced vegetables, chips, or crackers. Oh it's yummy!
